Email support@duodev.in for help with signing in, your account, Gems and items, bugs, embeds or anything else about the games. Include your @username and, for bugs, the game, device and browser.

We usually reply within 3 working days.

Email privacy@duodev.in to access, correct or delete your data, to appeal a moderation decision, or to report illegal or harmful content or a player who needs urgent attention. You can also delete your account yourself (see Delete your data).

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

• We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
• Complaints about content that exposes someone's private areas, shows them in sexual acts or impersonates them in such content are acted on within 24 hours.
• Requests to remove other unlawful content are acted on within 72 hours where the law requires.
